Your analytics counts bots and misses ChatGPT.
Automated browsers run analytics scripts and get counted as visitors. AI assistants read your pages without running any script, and the people they send often arrive as Direct. Here is the same month, two ways.
One project for what people do in your product and on your site.
Backend events, browser pageviews and your server's own traffic land in the same place, so a sign-up can be traced back to the page, the channel and the AI assistant that sent the visitor.
Events arrive in a live feed, grouped by channel, with the user, icon and properties attached. Mark the important ones notify and your team gets a browser push.

Questions
What is LogZuno?
LogZuno is an event tracking and product analytics platform that shows what people do in your product and on your website in real time, with alerts, dashboards, web analytics that separate real people from bots, and AI visibility for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.
How much does LogZuno cost?
Four plans: Starter $17 a month for 50,000 events, Growth $32 a month for 100,000 events, Business $62 a month for 200,000 events, Enterprise $99 a month for 500,000 events. Every plan has every feature. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days on any plan, with up to 500 events. A card is required; it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel, and we email you 3 days before.
Which languages can send events?
Any language that can make an HTTP request. The docs have code for cURL, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, Swift, C, Objective-C and Dart, each tested against the API.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing at any time. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you are never charged; after that, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I go over my plan's events?
We email you at 80%, 90% and 100% of your allowance. Past 100%, new events are refused until the next period or until you upgrade; nothing you already sent is deleted.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
For web analytics, no: paste one script tag into your site. Tracking events from your product means adding a line of code where each event happens, so someone who can edit your code does that part.
Can I use LogZuno alongside Google Analytics?
Yes. The LogZuno script and collectors don't interfere with the Google tag. Running both side by side is the quickest way to see how many of your visitors were automated.
Does LogZuno store IP addresses?
No. Visitor IP addresses are used once, when the request arrives, to verify crawlers and count unique visitors, and are never stored.
How is my data kept apart from other customers'?
Each organisation's events live in their own database partitions, analytics queries run with row-level security per organisation and project, and automated tests try every route as a member of another organisation.
Send your first event today.
7 days free on any plan, up to 500 events. Then from $17 a month. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
